Don't know about this one, but as Steffen said, 270V
(= 27 * 1e1 = 27 * 10) sounds like a good guess.

That's quite clear!
The 120V you know is the rms voltage which means that the peak voltage
during each line cycle is a factor sqrt(2)=1.4 higher! This means that
you need to use a MOV with a safe operating voltage of at least 168V.
