I'm sorry, but you are wrong: Table 3-2 on page 3-6 *is* the pinout:
pin 1 = signal A8
pin 2 = signal A10
.....

and Table 3-3 on page 3-7 defines these signals:
A0-A16 = Address Lines 0-16. A0-A16 are the external......
etc.
