Jim,

According to an old TI databook, the TL075 appears to be the same as the
TL074 quad JFET input amplifier, except for the pinout.
Pin      Function
1         Inv Input 1
2         Non Inv Input 1
3         Output 1
4         Output 2
5         Non Inv Input 2
6         Inv Input 2
7         Vcc-
8         Inv Input 3
9         Non Inv Input 3
10        Output 3
11        Vcc+
12        Output 4
13        Non Inv Input 4
14        Inv Input 4
