Joe, Googling "63LS241" gave some hits, none with a datasheet, but with enough information to know that this is the "low power" version of the 63S241. Trying for "63S241" on Google gave me a hit to a text file on www.coinop.org. (go to the knowledge base link) The 63S241 is a 512 x 4 bipolar PROM with Tri-state outputs and 30ns access. Equivalent to TI 82S131A, AMD 27S13A, Intel 3622A, etc. Pinout also available. There is a link to bipolar datasheets but I didn't want to register to get it. These being PROM devices probably means that you cannot erase them back to all 1's.
