actually the software you are looking for it not really software, it is more hardware and comes in the form of a person called a software engineer. There is no reasonable way for an assembly language program to be "converted" to C by a software program. An engineer on the other hand will analyze what the assembly code is doing in relation to the system requirements and then "write" a C program whose functionality does what the orginal program did.
