Hi list! Does anybody know what kind of chip that is, preferably has a datasheet?
I also need a few of them (unprogrammed of course if they are OTP). It has "M1-7643B-5" printed on it and a symbol that looks like an "H". package type is ceramic DIL18. I guess that it is some kind of PAL/GAL or similar, since I assume that the datafiles I have to programm them are 512 bytes in size (if they are the right datafiles).
