If you drive an amp, we'd have some suggestions. Driving 1000 amps would
get different ones. Ditto 3.3V and 1200V
It's for BLDC motor controller (sensorless - sensing only BEMF). FETs
are IRF6619. Output power is about 350...400W, supply is battery 2S1P to
4S4P LiPO (approx. 10 to 20V) or 6...30(?) NiMH cells (max. 48V).
I am now checking IRF213x family. Seems OK. Any alternatives?
