Hi, I've worked with several SBCs that use ZFx86 "System-on-a-Chip". It is optimized for running Linux. It does have built-in USB, and ISA/PC104 bus. Doing PCI will require an external chip, as far as I remember. Their site is http://www.zflinux.com/zfx86_specs.html
