Hi,
I am looking for a functional replacement for the
Micrel MIC29502. It does not have to be a
physical replacement but there are certain
features I need to retain. The Micrel prices have
been increasing substantially and I would like to
find a cheaper replacement. The critical features
are:
5A capability
Surface mount D2PAK
0.5V dropout
>10V input voltage (preferably about 16V)
On/off control
Adjustable output up to about 6.5V
If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
