CHIRP already has a "flatpak" in the download area that should
workaround the problem. Plus I have seen videos and tutorials that
show how to locate and install the dependencies that are no longer
available in Ubuntu 20.04. Plus you can always run CHIRP from a Linux
distribution running on a live USB stick (it is amazing how well
today's Linux distros can run from a flash drive).
