Have you tried cut and paste for the text and Babel Fish for translate

I went to the Miklor website to try and diagnos some problems I am
having in establishing the correct driver. Miklor said the WCH chipset
will not recognize Prolific drivers, then said to follow a particular
link, but it is in Chinese. I have Windows 10. What can I do?
