Thanks for your feedback, I added the UV-5RA3 to the list of supported
radios on the Chirp website.

The rule of thumb for UV-5R like models with...
- 2 power levels and 2 bands: Baofeng / UV-5R
- 3 power levels and 2 bands: Baofeng / BF-F8HP
- 2 power levels and 3 bands: Radioddity / UV-5RX3
