Unless you're trying to use your radio as a scanner - which typically
doesn't work well, the scan speeds are too slow - I'd suggest getting a
copy of Proscan ( https://www.proscan.org/ ) to program your scanner and
continue to use Chirp to program your radio.
There's also a free version - called FreeScan available at that same
link,

Subject: [chirp_users] programing help
How do I use chirp to program my scanner? I also have a radioreference
subscription that I can get my frequency's from and they can somehow be
used with chirp to do the programing. I don’t seem to be able to find
any info on how to do it all though. Thank you in advance for any help
that can be p[provided.
