Changes for Build #726
[Dan Smith <[email protected]>] Squelch the warnings about dupes in bandplan
AFAIK, these have always been dupes because the NA bandplan has
overlaps. This generates a substantial amount of log spam for no
gain, so this removes them for now.
[Jim Unroe <[email protected]>] [GMRS-V2] DTMF Settings aren't being stored
in radio.
The DTMF Speed (on/off), ANI Code, Alarm Code and related settings are in
a memory rangee that was being blocked from being uploaded to the radio.
This patch removes that block allowing these setting to be uploaded to
the radio.
