Hey Glenn,

I just tested running chirp directly from the git repository by installing
the dependencies with "pip3 install -r requirements", then running
"chirpwx.py" and orca was able to read everything to me. I'm not an expert
on orca. I think the navigation worked, but it did seem to work fine.
