Does anyone know how to unlock gmrs transmit on the Wouxun KG-UV980P? I read somewhere that it can be done with chirp but wasn't sure how it's done. I think there's another way to do it by downloading a file on ham files but I'm more familiar with chirp and would rather go that route if it's possible.
