I would open device manager with the cable plugged in, and remove the plug, and 
see what goes away.

Stumped.  Windows 11 apparently doesn't have the [ports which were in W-10, and 
it's not intuitive to add new ports. I had been using CHIRP with a Yeasu FT-60R 
and a Baofeng. 
Suggestions?
