To request support for a new radio, the process - at a high-level - is the 
following:

- Create an account on chirp website (if you don't have one already)

- Log in to chirp site

- Create a 'support a new radio' request indicating if you can supply a 
radio/prog cable to aid the programmers test their code

Many factors go into the decision to support a particular model including (but 
not limited to) such things as popularity, similarity to a currently supported 
radio, availability of technical documentation, and personal interest of the 
volunteer programmer.

I see a list member was able to locate the OEM programming software, that's 
good.
