Issue 1561: Dialog box tab sequence is not set to the first highlighted

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: N/A
Firefox 3: OK (no such problem)
IE 7: OK (no such problem)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any dialog box with at least one button (e.g. alert box, etc)

What is the expected result?
Pressing the "space" key does not in fact press the first highlighted
button in the window frame.
What happens instead?
Instead, when "space" button is pressed, nothing happens. The first button
(which is highlighted) can be pressed with "space" key only after the
sequence is set to it by pressing the "tab" key once.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
An example is attached. Pressing the "space" key in keyboard does not hit
the "OK" button in this case. Inconvenient for most users, I guess.
