Issue 1593: Skill port not working

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: Not tested
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open skillport web site
2. User ID & pwd not enabled
3. click on OK gives a message as attached in the doc
NOTE: This problem comes in IE if Sun JRE or Microsoft JVM is not installed
What is the expected result?
User ID, Pwd fields should be enabled. It should allow login
What happens instead?
1. User ID, pwd not enabled.
2. Give error when click of log on as " skillport has not finished
initializing your setting"
3. It does not allow to navigate to other chrome windows or tabs without
closing the error dialog box
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
