1. Navigate to a web page
2. Attempt to create application shortcuts
What is the expected result?
-The application shortcuts menu will come up
What happens instead?
-Nothing
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
-This issue applies to the unbranded Chromium browser. In Google Chrome, it
works fine.
