Issue 613: right clicking in forms drops selection (select last characters)
until resizing the text form

This is one of the main issues with Chrome (other than the scroll up).

When you are writing in a text-field-form and right click, it selects
something below
the right-clicked text. This usually happens when lots of text is in a
field.

This is annoying when you have mis-spelled words, and are trying to
right-click that
word to spellcheck it, but it highlight something at the bottom, or below
where you
are attempting this... and focuses on this word. I've attached a screen
shot of this
to help illustrate the problem.

In the screen shot, I have right-clicked exactly on the
misspelled "spellcheck"
word... but it highlights "screen" which is 4 lines below "spellcheck".

Furthermore, when it does select a word (for spell check) it will highlight
the word,
and the space after the word. Just highlight the word alone, it's what your
"checking" not the space afterwards.
