On Vista to set you fonts the larger 120 DPI scaling follow these
instructions:
Start > Control Panel > Personalization > Adjust font size (DPI)
First image shows the 120 DPI setting
Second image shows properly rendered in Firefox
Third image shows how Chrome incorrectly renders the text
