Comment #3 by jsteinberg: same problem here: XP SP3 Chrome build 1798 Shockwave Flash 9.0 r124 this seems to come and go. when it happens basically the video begins to play and then a few seconds into the video it stops and will not restart. usually this occurs with multiple tabs open within Chrome. On one occurrence I had youtube open on the third tab. No youtube links were working.
