What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. while opening a single tab

What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
when a single tab is opened in chrome, two close buttons are enabled, one
on the tab and the other one on the main window. This is not actually
needed. Individual close buttons are needed when we are using more than one
tabs. IE 8.0 beta doesnt have this problem.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
