Issue 1954: When clicking windows vista sidebar feed gadjet item, the
browser doesn't open itself and browse to link.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In windows vista sidebar, select one item of the feed gadjet.
2. Click to expand.
3. Click on the web link to see entire article.
What is the expected result?
The web browser should open itself automaticly and browse to the desired
article.
What happens instead?
The browser does'nt react, and does'nt open. If the browser is allready
running, it goes to the desired link.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
