Issue 1966: Crashing ALL TABS in Chrome

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open HomePage with Pop-up that has Invalid SSL Certificate
2. Navigate to another page OR
3. Close HomePage Tab with/without opening a new tab
TADA! Chrome has crashed
What is the expected result?
Chrome should allow normal browsing.
What happens instead?
It crashes all tabs
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
