Comment #1 by cooolmagic: Its happening intermittently when many tabs are open and specially if they have rich UI. Important thing I notices is - CPU usage by main browser process goes very high and thats the reason it locks chrome as a whole. Chrome definitely have CPU usage issue specially with its main browser process.
