Issue 2027: Paste text into Omnibar does not replace the current address

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3:ok
          IE 7:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy a link address
2. Right click in the Omnibar/URLbar to paste the address
3. The address is not automatically highlighted, and the cursor is placed
in front of the URL

What is the expected result?
Should highlight all text in the Omnibar, so that pasting a copied address
replaces the current URL.

What happens instead?
The pasted text is placed before the current text, and you must manually
delete the unwanted text.

possible.
