Yes, i confirm this bug.
I mean this is WebKit bug, but in Safari 3.1.2 alerts are correct.

But problem is not new: due to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?
id=230350 , cookieEnabled may return the wrong result
in Gecko-based applications.
