A patch was uploaded to the webkit bugzilla (Assuming that a binary
payload for XHR
using x-user-defined is tested in webkit layout test, the patch does what I
want to
do - no layout test broken and Indian websites with fonts installed are
rendered as
intended).
Upstream folks want more data to make sure that this is a net gain (if not
always
better). Perhaps, we're at the best position to come up with such a
data.... I'll try
to back up 'our hunch' by some concrete numbers/data.
