Issue 2086: Bad translation to swedish

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use chrome/chromium with swedish locale
2. go to about:crash
3. The reload button wrong translated
The about:crash page says, "Åh, hämta! Ett fel uppstod när webbsidan skulle
visas. Fortsätt genom att klicka på Hämta igen eller besök en annan sida."
wich with english locale at same page says "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong
displaying this webpage. To continue, press Reload or go to another page.".
I find that the word "hämta" is wrong to use.
In swedish the "Åh, hämta!" means "Oh, get!".
It would be better if the translation was like "Åh, ett fel uppstod!" and
later where there is "Hämta igen" there should be "Ladda om" or "Ladda
igen" or "Uppdatera sidan".
With that i also mean that the translation for the Reload button should be
retranslated to "Ladda om" or "Ladda igen" or "Uppdatera sidan".
