The <object> requiring </object> is not a bug - it's following the  
standard. The only
reason FireFox allows it is that Explorer does (along with many other  
things that
should not be allowed) and web-programmers got used to that.
Valid HTML always has a </object>, or if you're looking at something like  
<img
src...> then it should end like this: <img src="..." ... />.
