What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On the website www.msnbc.msn.com many many links do not display with
the webpage not found error making the site virtually unreadable with
Chrome. This error never occurs with IE 7. When I use IE7 the link is
always displayed.

What is the expected result? Display of link to story.
What happens instead? Webpage not found error.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
