Issue 2107: CSS 'a:visited' not showing up properly in incognito window

Other browsers tested: Firefox (3.01), IE v.7.07530.11.
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: FAIL
IE 7: OK
Chrome Normal: OK
Chr Incognito: FAIL
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use CSS file
2. describe a:visited
3. test in incognito window
What is the expected result?
One would expect to see the visited link displayed as in the normal window
or in IE. However, it does not.
What happens instead?
Chrome displays a:link and a:hover a:visited fine in normal window
Chrome displays a:link and a:hover fine in incognito window, but not
a:visited
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
