Issue 2174: When using multiple displays, full screen is wrong
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=2174

New issue report by mircea.banu:
Product Version : Google Chrome 0.2.149.29
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a system with two displays: a wide display as a primary, a
classical display as a secondary;

2. Open Google Chrome and move it on the classic display.

3. Switch it to full screen mode.

What is the expected result?

Google Chrome should stretch inside the borders of the current display
only.

What happens instead?

The browser takes the size of the primary display (the wide one) instead of
the one one of the secondary and stretches farther than the border of the
current display.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
