Issue 2208: CTRL-SHIFT-DEL shortcut for "Clear browsing data"
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=2208

New issue report by fredsa:
Product Version : 0.2.149.29

During web development it useful to be able to quickly & frequently clear
certain browsing data (such as cached pages) using a keyboard shortcut,
e.g. Firefox has CTRL-SHIFT-DEL which brings up the equivalent of Chrome's
"Clear browsing data" dialog.

Related and highly desirable in this context would be:
Issue 1618 (Google Chrome doesn't remember settings for 'Clear browing
data')
