Issue 2224: CSS System Colors not rendering correctly

Other browsers tested:IE6,Opera,Firefox
Opera 9:OK
Firefox 3:OK
IE 7:OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://navphp.sourceforge.net
2. Download PHP Navigator
3. Test it in Apache
What is the expected result?
The browser should render the page in system colors like ButtonFace,
Highlight etc
What happens instead?
Just displaying some grey color.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
