Navigate to the above URL 2. Click on "Ordering a drink" link 3. In the new pop up windows click on "Go to the Video" link What is the expected result? Should be able to view the video using Real player What happens instead? No plugin installed message is shown. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Click on the settings link at the bottom in the popup window. Ensure Real player is selected.
