Safari does not have the same issue (queue re-ordering by drag-and-drop works) on this system: Safari Version 3.1.2 (5525.20.1) Mac OS X 10.5.4 (9E17) 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo-based MacBook Pro 17" (hires) So either they've patched their implementation of WebKit, or it's not a WebKit issue.
