Issue 2305: chrome.exe doesn't get killed when about:google chrome dialog
is brought up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrome thru ChromeSetup.exe
2. Install 0.2.152.1 through mini_installer
3. Launch Chrome
4. Click on the wrench > About:Google Chrome
5. While the throbber is spinner checking for updates, close the dialog
6. Close Chrome
7. Launch windows task manager
What is the expected result?
chrome.exe should not be running
What happens instead?
A process chrome.exe gets left behind even after closing Chrome window.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
