What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to nicovideo.jp
2. Watch several the videos
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Movies will continue to play without interruption. Intermittently, they
will stop and then restart and it doesn't seem to be a buffering issue.
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Heard about this third-hand, so it probably needs to be verified.
