Issue 2321: Acrobat holds handle to Chrome-> Application folder, even if  
the folder doesn't exist.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install chrome .
2. go to gmail , open any pdf attachment from chrome.
3. close chrome, not the attachment.
4. uninstall it .
5. Install chrome again.

What is the expected result?
Chrome should install with out any error

What happens instead?
Error 4 message is  displayed.  Process explorer shows that Acrobat is
having a open handle to Chrome-> Application folder even if the folder
doesn't exist.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
