Issue 2344: Minimize/Unmaximize/Close buttons do not work in maximized

Other browsers tested:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Maximize chromium window
2. Click minimize/an-maximize/close button
3. Nothing happens
What is the expected result?
When I click minimize button, chromium window should be minimized.
What happens instead?
Nothing happens.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
