Issue 2418: Links in source do not use the <base> tag.

Product Version      : 0.2.153.0 (devbuild 2052)
URLs (if applicable) : any view-source:http:// url with a <base> tag.
Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: N/A
     Firefox 3: N/A
          IE 7: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any site with a <base> tag
2. view source (ctrl+u)
3. Click links (i.e. a css file)

What is the expected result?
Open the link as it is 'understood' by the browser, with the <base> tag
applied.

What happens instead?
It opens the direct url.
