What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure proxy autodetection in LAN (make file wpad.dat with proxy
settings accessible at address http://wpad.local.domain)
2. Start ChromeSetup behind HTTP proxy that requires Basic authentication
to access google site.
What is the expected result?
Proxy login and password should be asked for after receiving TCP_DENIED/407
error from proxy, or error message with a link to offline installer should
be shown.
What happens instead?
Chrome installer hangs, cyclically asking proxy for resouce
