What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chrome
2. Maximize the browser by either doubleclicking on the top bar or using
the maximize button
3. Click the close button (should not work)
What is the expected result?
Chrome should close
What happens instead?
Nothing happens. Double clicking results in minimizing the browsers
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
