What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Need Vista x64 Ultimate
2. right click on your screen "Properties/window Colour and Appearance/Open
classic appearance proporties for more color options/Advanced
(Button/(Item:)select (Border Padding) set value to 0

What is the expected result?
Show a clean border
What happens instead?
ONLY with Chrome there is a WHITE LINE left, right and bottom of the
browser window.
When you auto expand screen to be 100% you can see the WHITE LINE left,
right and bottom EDGES
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
