What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move the mouse over a bookmark item until a tooltip appears
2. Move mouse down into content area, tooltip disappears but bookmark item
stays in hovered state.
3. When I move mouse back into bookmarks bar bookmark item resets
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
