What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a page with a textarea that is aligned to the right of the page
(the
element itself, not the text).
2. Try and resize the textarea.
What is the expected result?
The element will resize rightwise.
What happens instead?
The element resizes leftwise and the proportions are messed up
